Board of Directors Announce Promotions

Hubbell, Roth & Clark, is pleased to announce the promotion of six new Associates. Melissa A. Coatta, Michael P. Darga, Brian K. Davies, Matthew G. Slicker, James J. Surhigh, and Trevor S. Wagenmaker were all named Associates.

MELISSA A. COATTA, P.E.

Melissa A. Coatta, P.E.

Ms. Coatta began working for Hubbell, Roth & Clark as a field observer in 2001, while finalizing her engineering degree. She hired on full-time in 2002, and has been serving municipal and private clients.
 

 

MICHAEL P. DARGA, P.E.

Michael P. Darga, P.E.

Mr. Darga has been with Hubbell, Roth & Clark since 1998. He oversees the operations of HRC’s Howell office, serving municipal and private clients.

 

 

BRIAN K. DAVIES, P.E.

Brian K. Davies, P.E.

Mr. Davies has been with Hubbell, Roth & Clark since 2009. As a Project Engineer, he has gained experience managing design and providing construction administration services for various regional projects.
 

 

MATTHEW G. SLICKER, P.E.

Matthew G. Slicker, P.E.

Mr. Slicker began working for Hubbell, Roth & Clark in 1994. He has been a Senior Project Engineer for site/civil engineering services throughout Michigan.

 

 

JAMES J. SURHIGH, P.E.

James J. Surhigh, P.E.

Mr. Surhigh began working for Hubbell, Roth & Clark in 1997. He has been responsible for the design and management of municipal utility and road projects during his tenure.

 

 

TREVOR S. WAGENMAKER, P.E.

Trevor S. Wagenmaker, P.E.

Mr. Wagenmaker began his journey with Hubbell, Roth & Clark in 2011. Mr. Wagenmaker has 27 years of experience in design of municipal wastewater and water treatment facilities, combined sewer overflow treatment facilities, pumping stations, elevated/ground water storage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer utilities, raw water intakes, roadways, bridges, and dams.

 

For 103 years, HRC has been providing consulting engineering and architectural services to municipal, industrial and private clients throughout Michigan, in addition to servicing various national clients. As a full service, multi-disciplined firm, HRC is comprised of over 240 engineers, professional surveyors, architects, technicians, and support staff, including LEED AP accredited professionals.
