Senior Testing Technician
Bloomfield Hills Office
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Good verbal and written communications
- Ten (10) years of experience in the testing of soils asphalt and concrete including work on MDOT funded projects
- Certified as Level 1 or Level 2 Concrete and in Density Technology and Aggregate Testing
- Certification in Bituminous Lab Testing a plus
- Experience with Confined Space Entries a plus
- Experience in pavement coring, hand augering and soils classification a plus
- The successful candidate will have a good driving record and a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Training of Testing Technicians
- Calibration and maintenance of testing equipment
- Assisting Engineers in the daily operation of a Construction Materials Testing operation
