HRC Announces New Board Member

Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Maxwell to the HRC Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2022.

Thomas Maxwell, P.E., Vice President, will strengthen and improve the capacity of the Board with his diverse background in the water and wastewater sector, specifically with his vast expertise in heavy construction of large multidiscipline projects. He has over 35 years of experience providing highly regarded infrastructure design and management for a wide variety of projects. He rejoined Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. in 2016 after serving a short time for the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner (OCWRC).
