HRC Promotes Key Civil and Environmental Leaders

Bloomfield Hills, Michigan – Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. (HRC) announces the promotions of Todd Sneathen, P.E. and Aaron Uranga, P.E to Associate. HRC’s President, George Hubbell, P.E., says “We are very excited about these promotions. Both Todd and Aaron are exceptional engineers and have made great contributions to HRC.”
As Associate, Todd’s duties include management of the HRC office in Delhi Township. Additionally, he is responsible for design and construction administration for numerous clients including Bay City and Jackson. He has 25 years of professional experience, and rejoined HRC in 2014 after serving as Director of Public Works with the City of East Lansing. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Michigan.
As Associate, Aaron’s duties will include project management of multi-discipline projects. He has 18 years of professional experience, including detailed design of pumping and treatment projects, and construction contract administration. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering for the University of Michigan. Aaron is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Michigan.
For 100 years, HRC has made significant contributions to Michigan’s infrastructure by providing consulting engineering and architectural services to municipal, industrial and private clients.
