Testing Technician

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Good verbal and written communications.
• Proficient in map reading.
• The successful candidate will have a good driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Daily quality control tests in the field or laboratory at the required intervals to ASTM, AASHTO, MDOT or application tests standards.
• Reporting the test results to HRC, other agencies or contractor, as required.
• Completion of daily written reports indicating test results.
• Sampling of construction materials at required intervals to be tested in the laboratory per ASTM, AASHTO, MDOT or applicable test standards.
• Complete and accurate logging of samples obtained in the field
